There can be no doubt – this is the biggest Hilux range ever. An additional nine new models have been added to the range, creating an impressive total of 21 variants on offer. So whatever you’re looking for there’s bound to be a Hilux to match.
Take the new 2WD variants for example. There’s five new models, including the PreRunner, which adds 4WD ground clearance, visibility and tougher looks to the already impressive 2WD selection. And now there’s also 6-speed automatic 2WD trucks available in both diesel and V6 petrol.
Extra handy
A great new feature of the Extra Cab utes is the reverse opening rear doors. They open wider, making it a lot easier to get cargo or passengers in and out of the rear.
Four grades
The all new Hilux is now available across four grades – S, SR, SR5 and SR5 Limited.
The S and SR grades are aimed at those who want a “working” truck, while the SR5 and SR5 Limited will appeal to buyers who see the Hilux filling a dual role as family transport, as well as a business vehicle.
The breadth of choice is remarkable. Start with the price leading S model’s workhorse versatility, including steel wheels, new engine, transmission and large display audio system. Or go all the way up to the SR5 Limited with larger alloys, leather seats and all the interior comforts you need – it’s up to you.
The range exists to give you more choice, so you can get exactly the truck you want – no compromises.
As standard
Every new Hilux comes with a comprehensive safety package, including 7 airbags, Trailer Sway Control (TSC), Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Hill-start Assist Control (HAC). A reversing camera is also a feature of the 17 models with a factory-fitted wellside trays, or is available as an accessory for Cab Chassis models.
So there’s a brief overview of the range options for the all new Hilux. Put simply, it’s now available in more configurations than ever before.
