The small team at Kaikoura Cheese have dealt with various obstacles over the years. After recovering from the Kaikoura earthquake in 2016, the team lost 95% of their sales during the Covid-19 lockdown. The businesses’ strong reputation for producing quality cheeses and their loyal customer base is what has kept them going through challenging times.
