Toyota Highlander – Seat Back Frame
Toyota New Zealand is recalling 744 vehicles due to a potential issue affecting the seat back frame on certain Highlander vehicles, manufactured between December 2019 and June 2021.
This is a precautionary measure to confirm and, if necessary, modify the seat back frame.
Vehicles will be inspected and, if required, the seat back frame will be repaired free of charge by Toyota stores. This work will take approximately 3.0 hours to complete.
Owners of the vehicles, which are traceable through registration data, will be contacted by Toyota New Zealand by letter.
