Toyota Yaris – Front Suspension Arm
Toyota New Zealand is recalling 3,943 vehicles due to a potential issue affecting the ball joint portion of the front lower suspension arm on certain Toyota Yaris vehicles, manufactured between May 2020 and May 2023.
This is a precautionary measure to inspect the ball joint on the front lower suspension arm.
This will be completed free of charge by Toyota stores. This work will take approximately 0.5 to 5.0 hours to complete depending on the vehicle and the remedy.
Owners of the vehicles, which are traceable through registration data, will be contacted by Toyota New Zealand by letter.
