Toyota Highlander – Rear Seat Frame
Toyota New Zealand is recalling 4,776 vehicles due to a potential issue affecting the rear seat frame on certain Highlander vehicles, manufactured between March 2021 and January 2024.
This is a precautionary measure to add an insulator to the rear seat frame. This will be completed free of charge by Toyota stores and will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
Owners of the vehicles, which are traceable through registration data, will be contacted by Toyota New Zealand by letter.
