Glen Rutherford
CEO
Glen has been with GWD’s since 1995 starting his career as an apprentice technician, becoming one of NZ’s most respected Toyota technicians as well as being Lexus qualified and a Hybrid specialist. Before becoming CEO in 2017 he was our Queenstown branch manager. Interests include hunting, fishing, jet-boats, cars, music and spending time with family and friends.
Shane Youngman
Branch Manager
Shane’s been with GWD’s since 2001. He’s been in all of the branches and now manages the operations of the Invercargill branch. When not at work he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Jeremy Walker
New Toyota Manager
Jeremy used to assemble Toyota’s back in the day, now he’s taken over the reins of Toyota sales manager. He’s been selling Toyota’s since 1990.
Geoff Ellenden
Service Manager
Geoff joined the family in 1995, he loves working with his great team of technicians and outside of work duck shooting and trial bike riding.
Phil Ramsay
Parts Manager
Phil has been in the Parts game since 1984, outside of GWD’s you may find him biking, running and playing golf or squash! Call Phil or his team for all your parts & accessory enquiries.
Grant Wishart
Parts Advisor
Grant enjoys working in the automotive industry and all the variety it brings. A real entertainer you’ll find him doing musical theatre and rock n’ roll dancing.
Graham Neilson
Parts Advisor
Graham joined the GWD family in 1979 spending most of his time in parts. Outside of work you’ll catch him running, biking and competing in triathlons.
Hamish Tonkin
Group Marketing Manager
Hamish joined the team in 2014 after graduating from the University of Otago. He helps look after the marketing and loves his cars and rugby.
