Team Transporter

The Rutherford & Bond and King Toyota Team Transporter is available to groups and organisations in our community that need to transport people or goods to games, competitions, or other events. Our van is also equipped with a tow bar to ensure nothing is left behind!

The van seats 10 people and can be used for free for up to 2 days. Longer hire periods may be considered at the discretion of Rutherford & Bond and King Toyota.

You might be part of a charity, not-for-profit, school, local sports team, church group or other organisation. Let us know why you would like to hire the Team Transporter and we will get back to you soon.

Please note, the van is not available for personal use and the driver must be over 21 years of age and hold a full unencumbered NZ driver’s licence. Each submission will be approved on a case-by-case basis and the dates available.

The van is in high demand, and we wish to share this opportunity with as many people as possible, so we ask if your booking request is accepted that you respond to our confirmation email one week before the booking.

If your plans change and you no longer require the van, please provide cancellation at least 72 hours before your booking by contacting our marketing team either via email at marketing@rb.toyota.co.nz or on 04 909 9400.

To maintain the integrity of the vehicle we allow travel within the Lower North Island only, when requesting a booking please state where you intend to travel with the van.
