Fraser Hart
CEO
Starting out as a Used Vehicle Consultant in 2003, Fraser has grown through the business, to General Manager of Sales and on to Group General Manager in 2023. In 2024, Fraser stepped into the CEO role. A proud father of Tommy and Millar, he loves to soak up time with his family. Fraser continues to fuel his passion for Kartsport, racing himself while also providing unwavering support to the Manawatu Kartsport community.
Russell Cameron
Vehicle Consultant
Russell has been working for the Toyota brand since 1981, and the TRC group since 1993. Russell has a strong interest in Rotary, the Automobile Association, and Clan Cameron. He is passionate about motorsport and also enjoys walking, gardening, and reading.
Paul Early
Vehicle and Finance Consultant
Paul started in 2011, coming from the UK where he ran his own pub. Paul is an avid golfer, and his whole family likes to get involved too!
Patreece Haworth
Vehicle & Finance Consultant
After almost seven years in luxury vehicle sales and service in the Manawatu, and a management role in retail, Patreece joined our team in 2020. She enjoys netball, reading, watching movies, travel and spending long weekends at the beach in Mahia.
Jeremy Kydd
Vehicle Detailer
Jeremy spent most of his life in Wellington and relocated to the Manawatu at the start of 2022, when he joined our team. With a background in panel-beating and printing, Jeremy helped start up a garage selling supercars, and has been in the vehicle industry for around 30 years! He has a passion for motorsports, and used to race everything from single seaters to stock cars. He also competes in lawn bowls, and has represented Wellington a number of times!
Garry Sandhu
Fleet Consultant
Coming from a sales and management background, Garry moved to Palmy and joined our team in early 2024. He has been working in sales since 2006, and brings with him heaps of experience in the fleet and finance space. Outside of work, Garry likes to keep active; he used to do track and now loves training and kayaking with his wife, and keeping up with their three kids' activities.
John Marsh
Parts & Service Manager
John joined TRC Toyota as a technician in 1983, and has worked his way up to the role of Service and Parts Manager. He enjoys watching motorsport, playing football, and spending time on his lifestyle block with his wife and 2 children.
Cheydon Brooking
Parts & Service Advisor
Cheydon started with the group in 2016 as an apprentice. He’s always been customer focused, previously working front-of-house at the Manawatu golf course. Cheydon is part of the Manawatu Toyota indoor netball team, but enjoys all kinds of sports, particularly skiing so keep an eye out for him on Ruapehu over winter!
Saraya Slade
Service Advisor
Saraya is our resident vet nurse-turned-Service Advisor who joined our team in 2021. She's a farm girl from Palmy, who completed all her education here and then joined the work force in mainly sales-based roles. She's a self-proclaimed petrol head with a love of Japanese imports, and she also enjoys spending time with her fabulous partner and their fur baby Finnick the Japanese Spitz.
Katelyn Anderson
Parts & Service Assistant
Katelyn is born and bred in Feilding. She has 5 years of customer service experience while working as a barrista for Streetwise and is definitly someone you can have a nice chat to. She decided to challenge herself by joining our team in 2023, in an industry she believes will push her to grow her skills and build a career.
Mathew Watson
Technician
Matt started with TRC Toyota in 2012. As a father of 3, Matt is kept busy with family time, and they enjoy travelling around the North Island. When he gets some time to himself, Matt enjoys working on classic cars.
Chris Beames
Technician
Chris returned to our team in 2017, and has spent his career in the automotive industry - from his apprenticeship at a country garage working on everything from chainsaws to harvesters, to a bit of crane driving. Chris is a TRC Toyota-sponsored Formula 3 racer, whose passion for motorbikes saw him competing for the first time at 50, and winning his first title in the 2014 winter series after only two years racing.
Peter De Cent
Technician
After being in the industry for over 20 years, Peter joined our team in 2023 with an experienced skill set. Peter is a home-owner and is always busy renovating his property. He is a kartsport enthusiast but also loves the great outdoors, animals and being with his family.
Rob Anderson
Technician
Rob joined our Palmerston North team in 2014, bringing with him 17 years of experience as an automotive technician. In 2023, he moved over to our Feilding branch to be closer to home. When Rob isn’t at work, he likes to spend time with his wife Catherine and to be outdoors kiteboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, and jet skiing. He also likes to fit in some golf and fishing too!
Damein Wilson
Apprentice Technician
Hailing from Sanson, Damein has lived in the Manawatū all his life, and we welcomed him into our team in 2021. After working in customer service and as a fleet tyre technician for large vehicles, Damein decided to fulfil his aspiration of becoming a fully qualified technician. When he’s not working on his project track car, he can be found gaming, drift racing, or spending time with his lovely daughter.
George Vennell
Apprentice Technician
George is as local as they come - he hails from Hunterville (he's done the Shemozzle four times), did his schooling in Feilding, and when he graduated in 2019, came straight into an apprenticeship with TRC Toyota Feilding. Like most of our team, he's passionate about cars, and also races sidecars.
Tylor Edwards
Apprentice Technician
Born and raised in Auckland, Tylor moved down to Feilding as a teen to be closer to family. He joined our team in 2022 after three years working at Daytona. Tylor has a passion for tinkering and working on his motorbikes, and you'll find him speeding round the racetrack or riding on Saddle Road in his spare time.
Jessie Barnett
Vehicle Groomer
Jessie is a Manawatu local, and became a part of our team in 2022. Before joining us, she was a baker and pizza chef for three and a half years. In her free time, Jessie works on her project car or does a bit of baking. She loves cruising around New Zealand and going on day trips to discover new places!

Debbie Hart
Chief Operations Officer
Debbie has over 30 years’ history with Manawatu Toyota, having been here for 14 years before purchasing the company in 2004. When she’s not hard at work she can be seen out walking her dogs. She also loves getting on her bike and cycling around the Manawatu, or spending time out at the beach.
Kirsty Hoffman
Branch Manager
Kirsty joined the Manawatu and TRC Toyota group in 2001 with a background in finance, and has two children with her husband Brett. The whole family loves sport and watching live games together. Kirsty enjoys playing hockey, watching motorsport, and travel.
Janine Wolland
Dealer Operations & Support
Originally from Pahiatua, Janine moved to Feilding in 2018 with her husband and three children and joined our team in 2019. She's a jack of all trades with experience in administration, banking and travel. In her free time, Janine loves spending time with her family.
Matt Crosswell
Group Used Vehicle Buyer/Group Sales
Matt is a Palmy lad through and through - he attended Boys High, completed a Bachelor of Communications degree at Massey University, and worked at Toyota New Zealand for two years. He was part of our F&I team from 2018 - 2022, and re-joined us as Group Vehicle Buyer in early 2023. He's passionate about sport and he also enjoys hanging out with his friends, and doting on his beautiful family.
