Fraser Hart
CEO
Starting out as a Used Vehicle Consultant in 2003, Fraser has grown through the business, to General Manager of Sales and on to Group General Manager in 2023. In 2024, Fraser stepped into the CEO role. A proud father of Tommy and Millar, he loves to soak up time with his family. Fraser continues to fuel his passion for Kartsport, racing himself while also providing unwavering support to the Manawatu Kartsport community.
Greg Joy
Senior Sales Consultant
Greg has been with TRC Toyota since 1979. He likes to race classic cars at Manfeild, watch sport, spend time with his family, and also keep himself busy with his lifestyle block.
Will Bremner
Vehicle Consultant
Will grew up in Auckland and made the move down to the Horowhenua in 2021 to get out of the big city, before joining our team in 2024. With a passion for sales and making connections with people, he loves getting into deep discussions about business and history. Outside of work, Will loves spending time with his family, and is also a keen martial artist, with a background in wrestling and MMA!
Thomas Lee
Vehicle Consultant
Thomas was born in Birmingham in the UK and moved to New Zealand when he was four years old. He grew up in Kapiti and, after studying a degree in business in Wellington, he joined our team in 2024. In the evenings you'll find Thomas playing football, and he spends his weekends out fishing and diving.
Garry Sandhu
Fleet Consultant
Coming from a sales and management background, Garry moved to Palmy and joined our team in early 2024. He has been working in sales since 2006, and brings with him heaps of experience in the fleet and finance space. Outside of work, Garry likes to keep active; he used to do track and now loves training and kayaking with his wife, and keeping up with their three kids' activities.
Shari Auld
Parts & Service Team Leader
After being in the Airforce for 17 years, Shari joined us in 2023 to explore new opportunities and start a new adventure. Shari has a passion for understanding and getting to know people. She is kept busy in her sparetime with her two kids and her giant Maine Coon.
Heaven Donaldson
Service Advisor
Heaven joined our team in early 2024, after finishing up her level 3 Automotive Engineering course. With a love for driving fast cars, she is fitting right in! She has traveled all over, and counts India and Thailand amongst her favourite places she's visited so far. When she isn't at work, you'll find Heaven out horse-riding or spending time with her three kids.
Mark Jones
Workshop Foreman
Mark is originally from Palmy and is now based in Foxton. He's been a technician since 2000, and for four of those years he worked on trucks. He enjoys playing softball in summer, and in winter focuses on his two daughters' activities.
Wayne Reeves
Technician
Wayne completed his apprenticeship at Birds Toyota (now TRC Toyota Levin) in the early 90's, then decided to broaden his horizons and moved to the UK where he ran the workshop of the second biggest Lexus dealership in London. In 2018, he returned home to his old stomping ground and rejoined the Toyota family in Levin. He's passionate about motorbikes, particularly his KTM Super Duke 1290, and races bikes as a hobby.
Steve Gross
Technician
Steve is kept busy on his lifestyle block with his dogs, ponys and cows. He’s happily married and loves to spend time with his grandkids. Steve also builds racecars in his spare time. He is currently working on one that he hopes to race one day.
Zander Rowan
Apprentice Technician
Although Zander was born in Hamilton, he has lived in Levin since he was nine years old. Growing up in a family of car enthusiasts, he has been interested in working with cars from a young age. Zander is one of those people who knows every car model and fact out there! In his spare time, he works on his project cars and takes them on new adventures.
Jehan Alge
Apprentice Technician
Jehan has always dreamed of becoming an automotive mechanic, and he decided to follow his dreams and join our team in late 2023. A Levin local, he was working in the concreting industry before starting his mechanical apprenticeship. When he's not in the workshop, you can find him road tripping around New Zealand, gaming online, or playing basketball with his mates.
Neil Hyndman
Groomer
Neil first joined the TRC Team in 1990. He enjoys restoring vintage karts and taking them out on the track. When he isn’t at work or on the track, Neil is with his family – spending time with his grandchildren.
Shane McLean
Groomer
Shane is originally from Wellington and moved to Levin in the 90s. He spent nine years on the Sunshine Coast in Australia, where he worked at his local Toyota dealership. He joined our team on his return to New Zealand in 2022, and spends his free time relaxing at home.

Courtney grew up in Porirua until she purchased her first home in Levin with her partner in 2023. Growing up in her Dad's garage, she has always had a passion for cars.
Debbie Hart
Chief Operations Officer
Debbie has over 30 years’ history with Manawatu Toyota, having been here for 14 years before purchasing the company in 2004. When she’s not hard at work she can be seen out walking her dogs. She also loves getting on her bike and cycling around the Manawatu, or spending time out at the beach.
Brendon Hart
Branch Manager
Brendon has worked in vehicle sales from a young age, both here in the Manawatu and then in Wellington before returning to Palmerston North when he and Debbie purchased the dealership in 2004. He loves motor sport of all kinds, still racing karts himself - trying to get spotted by one of the formula one teams we think? Brendon also enjoys playing soccer.
Matt Crosswell
Group Used Vehicle Buyer/Group Sales
Matt is a Palmy lad through and through - he attended Boys High, completed a Bachelor of Communications degree at Massey University, and worked at Toyota New Zealand for two years. He was part of our F&I team from 2018 - 2022, and re-joined us as Group Vehicle Buyer in early 2023. He's passionate about sport and he also enjoys hanging out with his friends, and doting on his beautiful family.
