Fraser Hart
CEO
Starting out as a Used Vehicle Consultant in 2003, Fraser has grown through the business, to General Manager of Sales and on to Group General Manager in 2023. In 2024, Fraser stepped into the CEO role. A proud father of Tommy and Millar, he loves to soak up time with his family. Fraser continues to fuel his passion for Kartsport, racing himself while also providing unwavering support to the Manawatu Kartsport community.
Daniel Snedden
Vehicle Manager
Originally from England, Dan headed off traveling in 2004 and has never looked back! He spent four years in Doha and six in Vietnam coaching sports and working in schools, before trading the tropics for the more unreliable NZ weather in 2022. Dan was part of our Palmy sales team before he headed off on his travels, and rejoined the team on his return to New Zealand. In 2023, Dan took on the role of Vehicle Manager in Masterton. When he's not at work, you'll find him go-karting, playing football, or doing a spot of DJing!
Steve O'Hara
Vehicle Consultant
Before starting at TRC Masterton in 2016, Steve was the manager of the Masterton Cosmopolitan Club. In his spare time, Steve tries to fit in a game of snooker, however his 3 children and grandson keep him fairly busy outside of work!
Renee Roeske
Vehicle & Finance Consultant
Renee joined us in 2020 after moving to the Wairarapa from Nelson in 2019. Her work experience is all in the car industry where she started out in F&I and moved to sales. Outside of work, Renee enjoys horse riding, diving, fishing, trail rides and motorcross.
Kerrie Maitland
Vehicle Consultant
A Wellingtonian all her life, 2023 marked a massive change in her life. Not only did she shift her lifestyle, but she also moved from the residential construction industry when joining our team. Kerrie is an avid sports watcher but also does a lot of snowboarding and skiing in her spare time.
Peter Clendon
Vehicle Consultant
Originally from Otorohanga, Peter moved down to the Wairarapa around 30 years ago to be with his wife! A decorated shearer, he has competed at the Golden Shears for over 30 years. Peter joined our team in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in vehicle sales and lots of connections from within the local farming community. Outside of work, you’ll find him playing squash or doting on his four gorgeous grand-daughters!
Garry Sandhu
Fleet Consultant
Coming from a sales and management background, Garry moved to Palmy and joined our team in early 2024. He has been working in sales since 2006, and brings with him heaps of experience in the fleet and finance space. Outside of work, Garry likes to keep active; he used to do track and now loves training and kayaking with his wife, and keeping up with their three kids' activities.
Serin Edwards
Branch Manager
Serin started with us in 2006 as an apprentice, worked his way up to DMT status and was our Service and Parts Manager for 6 years before taking on the Branch Manager role in 2023. He enjoys football, restoring his classic vehicle and spending time with his wife and two children.
Lincoln Chapman
Parts & Service Team Leader
Lincoln joined the team in 2015, coming from a background in animal care with Wellington Zoo and a local Vet. Lincoln loves to spend time with his wife and children, and squeezing in a bit of gaming when he can.
Maureen Coulson
Service Advisor
Maureen has been a part of the Toyota family for over 20 years, starting her career in the Hutt Valley before joining TRC Masterton over 16 years ago. After a couple of years of retirement and enjoying life in her motorhome, we managed to convince Maureen to rejoin our team in early 2023, and she is loving being back on the front service desk! When she's not at work, she's out on the golf course or playing bowls, or spending time with her four great-grandkids!
Krystal Dorizac
Service Advisor
Originally from Wellington, Krystal grew up in Dannevirke and has been based between there and Woodville over the last few years, before joining our team at the beginning of 2022. A wealth of knowledge, Krystal has been studying for her BA in Health Policy, Political Science and Criminology, and was also a qualified technician for seven years. When she's not studying or working, she's out enjoying the great outdoors, and lists bush walking and rock climbing amongst her favourite activities.
Coco Kaye
Service Advisor
Coco is an adventurer and loves to go away with her partner in their van to explore New Zealand. On her days off from the service desk, Coco is a homebody but loves to take her dog out to the beach and bush walking.
Aaron Smith
Technician
Aaron has been with Toyota for 13 years as a Diagnostic Master Technician, and after a short time away, rejoined our team in 2019. His hobbies outside of work are playing guitar and riding his motorbike.
Jade Paku
Technician
Jade joined our team in 2019, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the industry. In his spare time, you’ll find him online gaming or out in nature riding his mountain bike.
Terongo Tekii
Technician
Originally from Wellington, Terongo moved to Carterton in 2018 and we welcomed him into our team in 2021. Inspired by the Fast & Furious movies, Terongo has had an interest in cars since he was young, and has been working with them since 2011. Outside of work, he plays hooker for the Wairarapa Bush rugby team, and spends lots of quality time with his lovely partner and their beautiful daughters.
Nathaniel Davies
Apprentice Technician
Local lad Nathaniel joined our team in 2022 as a workshop assistant while completing his Level 3 certificate in automotive engineering, and moved into an Apprentice Technician role later in the year. He's been surrounded by vehicles all his life, and works on his own cars in his spare time. Aside from motor mechanics, Nathaniel reckons he's also pretty good at building computers!
Fletcher Carrig
Apprentice Technician
Fletcher is born and raised in Masterton. During his spare time, he stays active doing skateboarding, surfing, hunting and playing rugby!
Kyle Davies
Apprentice Technician
Kyle is a farm boy that has always lived locally. He was working as a builder and working with our friends at Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre. Kyle joined us in 2023 to finally pursue his interest in the automotive industry. He is often on adventures with his motorbike around the area.
John O’Regan
Groomer
Originally from Porirua, John spent time in Australia before moving to Masterton in 2002. Prior to joining our team in 2020, John worked in the wool, printing and car industries. He loves motorbikes, horses and spending time with his family.
Chais Grant
Vehicle Groomer
Being a car and motorsport enthusiast, Chais had been in the industry for three years before joining the Masterton team. In 2023, Chais and his partner had their first child after moving to Masterton from Tauranga. He now enjoys the slower-paced and peaceful environment in Masterton. Outside of work, Chais is an avid diver and also does some drifting.

Debbie has over 30 years’ history with Manawatu Toyota, having been here for 14 years before purchasing the company in 2004. When she’s not hard at work she can be seen out walking her dogs. She also loves getting on her bike and cycling around the Manawatu, or spending time out at the beach.

Matt Crosswell
Group Used Vehicle Buyer/Group Sales
Matt is a Palmy lad through and through - he attended Boys High, completed a Bachelor of Communications degree at Massey University, and worked at Toyota New Zealand for two years. He was part of our F&I team from 2018 - 2022, and re-joined us as Group Vehicle Buyer in early 2023. He's passionate about sport and he also enjoys hanging out with his friends, and doting on his beautiful family.
