Workshop Update

The year seems to be flying by – here’s an update on what's been happening over the past few months. I’m excited to announce that our new Pre-Delivery Centre (PDC) in Porirua is now fully operational and will be the main hub for preparing all new vehicles going forward. This is an exciting milestone for our team and one that helps us ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Our single hub for all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) work ensures efficient preparation of your car by specialist staff, enabling you to get behind the wheel of your new vehicle promptly.

We are also busy prepping for our new workshop in Lower Hutt, which is scheduled for completion in early mid-2025. This new workshop will bring an additional four working bays for high-efficiency retail work. With these new bays and the PDC freeing up existing bays across our other service departments, we will have a total of 14 additional bays across our five stores, allowing our teams to complete customer servicing and repair work in a shorter time frame, more efficiently, and provide a wider range of booking times for customers. As the ‘Toyota Carpark’ grows, we work to grow with it!
