Craig Martin
Branch Manager
With 23 years’ experience working in the Rutherford & Bond Toyota team, I am proud to be Branch Manager of our Porirua and Kapiti branches. The people I have met and worked with over my time here are what make every day great. I have made many lifelong friendships through working for R&B. In my spare time you will generally find me keeping active. I play squash, assist with coaching the Mana Special Olympic Football team and I enjoy taking out my old Toyota Hilux 4WD to explore some of our amazing off the beaten track spots.

I started with Toyota New Zealand in the Graduate Programme in 2017 where I completed my final secondment at Rutherford and Bond Toyota Wellington and have remained here since. I began in the New Vehicle department and then moved into my current Finance & Insurance Consultant role. Meeting customers and a great team environment are the best parts of working here at Rutherford & Bond. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors playing sport and going on road trips around New Zealand.

I joined Rutherford & Bond Toyota Porirua back in 2017 as a Vehicle Consultant. The most enjoyable part of my role is being able to help customers find the perfect car for them and their lifestyle. In my spare time you will find me relaxing at home with my family, going for a horse ride or doing archery. I also really enjoy reading and writing.

I have been with the Rutherford & Bond Toyota family since 2016 after moving to Wellington from Hanmer Springs and Argentina. I am proud to be a Vehicle Consultant for R&B Porirua. If you can’t find me at our branch, you will catch me walking my dog or upgrading my Smart Home Automations and Home Cinema. My personal goal here is to make sure every customer feels as though they are our most important guest. I will strive to ensure your time with us exceeds your expectations and to make sure I am your favourite person to talk to about anything and everything Toyota!

I joined the Rutherford & Bond Toyota team in September 2021 as a Service Advisor. Coming from the Tourism Industry, I am currently enjoying the same variable and fast paced environment that a Toyota dealership provides. We have an inclusive team who all have a great outlook. My spare time is filled with fun, family and way too much good food. We are a big BBQ family and love anything with a smokey aroma.

I started in June 2011 at King Toyota and then made my way out to Rutherford & Bond Toyota Porirua back in 2016 where I am now the Parts & Service Manager. My team and I always work hard to make repairing and maintaining your vehicle easy. We have a great team and client base here and we are fortunate to deal with a great brand in an awesome industry. In my spare time I love getting outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends.

I began my career with Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington back and 2017 and have since made my way out to our Porirua branch where I am Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller. I enjoy the freshness and respect that Rutherford & Bond Toyota has acquired over the years. I also love the wonderful people that I get to work with daily and that we are given great support here to flourish within our roles. In my spare time I enjoy baking, walking, and spending time with my grandchildren. Family time is important to me, and I enjoy every minute of it.

I have been a part of the Rutherford & Bond Toyota team for many years now. I first began as Porirua Parts Manager back in 2005 and I then took some time off to be a stay-at-home parent. I was welcomed back into the R&B family in a part time role at the Wellington branch in 2016. Things have almost gone full circle and I find myself back at Rutherford & Bond Toyota Porirua where I am a Parts Consultant. I enjoy getting to work with a great bunch of people, we have awesome banter and a strong team ethic. Knowing that I have the backing of work colleagues, along with Toyota NZ is awesome. When I am not helping with kid’s sport – whether that’s cricket or hockey, I enjoy the occasional round of golf or jamming on the guitar.

I began working at Rutherford & Bond Toyota in March 2021 as a Parts & Service Advisor in our Kapiti branch. I enjoy meeting all our customers and building relationships with them every day. I love the challenge of learning something new about cars constantly, plus the awesome team we have out here in Kapiti make it enjoyable. In my spare time I enjoy getting out and about exploring local areas, adding to my house plant collection, or getting into some photography.

Pre-Delivery Manager
You will usually find me hidden away in my office. My role involves getting all the new cars prepped and ready to be collected by their new owners! It’s a busy role but I thrive on the challenges each day brings. Family is the biggest drive for me, and I want to ensure that each new car which goes out the door is perfect for the family who purchases. I have been in the vehicle industry for over 20 years and look forward to many more at Rutherford and Bond Toyota.

I started with Rutherford & Bond and King Toyota in April 2021 where I was welcomed into the Customer Support team as Marketing Graduate. Day to day, we manage the communication and brand image across our five Wellington branches. I love my role here as it involves meeting new people and there are many opportunities to grow and develop. Outside of the office, I spend my time with friends, going to the beach and keeping active - whether that’s out on walks or at the gym.
