One of the first high profile drivers to sign up for the New Zealand Grand Prix, Shane van Gisbergen will be one to watch during the Grand Prix weekend.
Fast and capable of winning in anything he gets behind the wheel of, Van Gisbergen has previously been a race winner in the Toyota Racing Series, competiting in the championship in 2006/07.
From there he’s gone on to claim 40 race wins in the Supercars Championship in Australia, including winning the 2016 championship and picking up a Bathurst 1000 victory in 2020.
