Multiple United States Formula 4 race winner and championship contender Ryan Shehan is definitely one to watch for this season. The 17 year old driver from Austin had a successful campaign this season with Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport. He joins Giles Motorsport for the season having been on the radar for a campaign in the New Zealand championship for several seasons.
Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport bosses Garry Orton and Teena Larsen run a team in NZ's Formula Regional Oceania series but decided to place Shehan with Stephen Giles team, Giles Motorsport, for the campaign. Giles has been engineering Ryan in F4 throughout this season so there is a strong relationship already in place for the New Zealand campaign.
